QuantumPrime Realty is a full service property management and brokerage company.  Our team has managed hundreds of apartments, office buildings, mixed-use projects and retail centers throughout Southern California.  We use a hands-on approach to create a healthy investment environment, maximizing income to the owner and decreasing monetary risk. 

We tailor our management style to the individual and work hand-in-hand with the owner to make sure our management is perfectly suited for each and every property. 

NICHOLAS ELIOPOULOS, President

A real estate veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Nicholas held leadership roles with several respected companies prior to launching QuantumPrime.  He is an expert in property acquisition, development, and operations for both residential and commercial real estate and is dedicated to serving the interests of his clients at the highest level. Nicholas holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California.

JOHN ELIOPOULOS, FINANCE & TeCHNOLOGY

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial and residential property management, John steers the financial operations of QuantumPrime and is focused on risk management and cash flow. His responsibilities include accounting, financial reporting and due diligence.  John is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
